He believes the Spirit of God is disposing thou sands of benevolent and pious men in our country, to liberate their slaves, and aid in their establishment as freemen in Africa. He thinks this work of humanity may be liberally assisted by the contributions of the good and pious of England. He expects the churches and congregations of the United States will be roused to great zeal and effort to promote it.
